The Theme

The New Industrial Stack

Two stacks have been running in parallel for a decade. The AI stack — chips, models, orchestration, applications. And the industrial stack — materials, machines, processes, operators. Both were tuned in isolation. Both were waiting for the other.

They are now merging into one. Intelligence is being inserted at every layer of the industrial stack, and every layer of the AI stack is being pulled toward industrial workloads. The portfolio sits at every layer of that combined stack — enablers building the infrastructure, embedders deploying it inside real industrial businesses.

This afternoon is a vertical walk through it. Where does value accrue? Which layers thicken? Which layers commoditize? Who captures the compounding?
